- 8 yellow squash
- 4 large yellow onions
- 3 bell peppers
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 2 tsp. turmeric
- 2 tsp. celery salt
Directions

1Put squash, onions and peppers in food processor.

2After processing, put in a large bowl and cover with 1/4 cup Ball canning and pickling salt.

3Cover with ice and let set for 1 hour, then drain.

4Bring remaining ingredients to a boil.

5Add squash, onions and peppers; cook for 15 minutes.

6Put in jars and seal while hot.
