- 12 red mangoes
- 12 green mangoes
- 12 yellow mangoes
- 12 large onions
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 qt. vinegar
Directions

1Grind peppers and onions.

2Drain peppers.

3Mix sugar, salt and vinegar together.

4Add mangoes and onions.

5Cook 15 to 20 minutes after mixture begins to boil, then can.

6I use this in my barbecue.

7(I don't usually have yellow mangoes, so use 18 red and 18 green.)
