Ingredients
- 1 can baked beans
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp crushed garlic. 2 cloves apprx (u can grate it with the fine grater its faster)
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 green chilli split. More if you want.
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 salt
- 1 small bunch of coriander
- 1 tomato
Directions

1Chop all your ingredients and open the can of baked beans.

2Add 2 Tb of olive oil in a pan.

3Add your chopped onion saute till almost golden.

4When the edges of the onions turn brown

5Add the garlic stirr till fragrant

6Add the chopped tomatoes and a pinch of salt to help them break down faster.

7Make sure the tomatoes completely break down and most of the water evaporates and oil comes out the sides.

8Thats how u know they are ready.

9If there isn't enough oil u will need to add more so the tomatoes cook well u can drain it off before you add the baked beans.

10Next add the baked beans and whole split chilli and cook it down until its no longer runny then add more water to make it the consistency u like.

11Add your coriander, peppers, black pepper, lemon juice if you want and adjust salt.

12Remove the split chill its job was to impart aroma nothing more.

13It doesn't add heat.

14U can even add more if u want.

15U can store this in the fridge for 1 week and eat it for breakfast.

16Just make enuff.

17We make 4 to 5 cans at a go.
