Ingredients

  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 1/2 lb. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 tsp. green pepper, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • crackers of choice

Directions

    In a double saucepan, combine soup, cheese, onion and green pepper.

    Cook slowly until cheese is melted and onion and green pepper are tender.

    Stir occasionally.

    Add egg, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

    Cook slowly for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Serve hot on crackers.
