  • 6 potatoes, baked (take out insides)
  • 6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • onion
  • grated cheese
  • sour cream
  • sprinkle of paprika

Directions

    Bake potatoes; take out insides.

    Fry bacon crisp and crumble. Fry onion in bacon grease.

    Add grated cheese, bacon, onion and sour cream to potatoes and put back in shells.

    Bake at 300 or 325° until warm.

    Also sprinkle with a little paprika.
