  • 2 cups KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing, divided
  • 1-1/3 Tbsp. caraway seed, toasted, ground
  • 32 slices dark rye bread
  • 48 slices corned beef brisket, sliced
  • 32 slices Swiss cheese slices, thinly sliced

    Combine sauerkraut, 1 cup dressing (or 1 Tbsp.

    dressing for trial recipe) and caraway seed.

    For each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp.

    of the remaining dressing onto 1 bread slice.

    Top 1 bread slice with 3 oz.

    corned beef, 1/4 cup sauerkraut mixture and 2 cheese slices.

    Broil until cheese begins to melt.

    Cover with second bread slice.
