  • 1 lb. jar sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, shredded
  • 3/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 c. Thousand Island dressing
  • 4 slices rye bread
  • 1/2 stick oleo, melted

Directions

    Layer sauerkraut, beef and cheese in casserole.

    Pour dressing on top.

    Crumble bread and toss with oleo. Spread on top and bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
