- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 c. corned beef, broken into small pieces
- 1/4 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. pumpernickel bread crumbs
Directions

1Place sauerkraut in a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole.

2Top with corned beef, then shredded cabbage.

3Combine mayonnaise and Thousand Island dressing; spread over cheese.

4Top with tomato slices.

5Melt margarine and stir bread crumbs into it.

6Sprinkle buttered crumbs over tomato slices.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
