- 1 (26 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cans corned beef, crumbled
- 12 oz. grated Swiss
- 12 sliced rye bread, cubed
- 2 sticks butter, melted
Directions

1Mix sauerkraut, onion and sour cream.

2Spread in bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Cover with the crumbled corned beef and then the Swiss cheese.

4Top with the bread cubes which have been tossed with the melted butter.

5Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350°. Serves 8 to 10.
