- 2 cans corned beef, broken up
- 1 small bag sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 1 loaf dark rye bread, cubed
- several slices Swiss cheese
- 1 bottle Russian or Thousand Island dressing
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
Directions

1Mix dressing and soup together.

2Beginning with bread cubes, layer all ingredients in a lightly buttered 4-quart casserole. Pour soup mixture over all.

3Bake at 325°, covered, about 1 hour or until bubbly.

4Uncover last 15 minutes.
