  • 2 cans corned beef, broken up
  • 1 small bag sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
  • 1 loaf dark rye bread, cubed
  • several slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 bottle Russian or Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup

Directions

    Mix dressing and soup together.

    Beginning with bread cubes, layer all ingredients in a lightly buttered 4-quart casserole. Pour soup mixture over all.

    Bake at 325°, covered, about 1 hour or until bubbly.

    Uncover last 15 minutes.
