  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. corned beef (or 1 can corned beef)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
  • 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated or sliced
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. potato chips
  • 1/2 c. Russian dressing

Directions

    Crush potato chips and mix with dressing.

    Line bottom of buttered casserole with half of the chip mixture.

    Layer corned beef, kraut and Swiss cheese.

    Top with remaining chip mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Serve with rye bread.
