- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
- 12 oz. can corned beef, broken into pieces
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. rye bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 medium tomatoes
Directions

1Place the ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole in the following order:

21/2 of the crumbs, sauerkraut, beef and cheese. Top with dressing (Thousand Island and mayonnaise blended) and cover with sliced tomatoes.

3Melt butter; mix with remaining crumbs and place on top.

4Bake, uncovered, 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
