- 1 (8 oz.) Russian or Thousand Island dressing
- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained
- 3/4 pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 6 slices rye bread, cubed
Directions

1Crumble corned beef in bottom of well-greased 8 x 12-inch pan. Pat dressing over corned beef.

2Spread sauerkraut over top.
