- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large can sauerkraut
- 1 (10 oz.) can corned beef, crumbled
- 10 to 12 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
- 6 slices dry rye bread crumbs
- 1 c. melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Mix onion and sour cream together.

2Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Arrange sauerkraut on top, then layer of crumbled corned beef, then layer of grated cheese.

4Top with bread crumbs; drizzle with butter over all.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
