  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 large can sauerkraut
  • 1 (10 oz.) can corned beef, crumbled
  • 10 to 12 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 6 slices dry rye bread crumbs
  • 1 c. melted butter or margarine

Directions

    Mix onion and sour cream together.

    Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Arrange sauerkraut on top, then layer of crumbled corned beef, then layer of grated cheese.

    Top with bread crumbs; drizzle with butter over all.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
