- 1 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 3 medium tomatoes, sliced thinly (optional)
- 3 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 can buttermilk biscuits
- caraway seed
Directions

1Drain sauerkraut and spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

3Dot with dressing and margarine.

5Evenly cut and layer on Swiss cheese.
