  • 4 pkg. (2.5 oz.) Buddig corned beef
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
  • 15 oz. sauerkraut, drained
  • mayonnaise or Thousand Island dressing

    Chop corned beef into bite size pieces.

    Add cheeses and sauerkraut.

    Add mayonnaise or Thousand Island dressing to the consistency of tuna salad.

    Spread into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
