  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into bits and softened
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. drained sauerkraut, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. cooked lean corned beef, chopped fine
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 tsp. spicy brown mustard
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese (about 3 oz.)

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Transfer to a small ovenproof casserole and bake, covered, for 30 minutes or until bubbles form around edges.

    Remove cover and bake for 5 minutes more.

    Serve warm with crackers.
