  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 4 oz. sliced corned beef, diced fine
  • 1/4 c. chopped, drained sauerkraut
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. milk

    Heat all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat.

    Thin with more milk if necessary.

    Serve with cocktail rye bread.
