  • 1 small can sauerkraut, drained and chopped up
  • 3 pkg. Buddig corned beef slices, chopped up
  • 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • about 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Mix everything well, adding additional mayo if not well moistened. Place in shallow baking dish and bake at 350° until hot and edges bubble. Serve on mini pumpernickel rye bread slices.
