- 2 loaves frozen bread dough
- Thousand Island salad dressing
- 1/2 lb. chipped pastrami
- 1/2 lb. corned beef, chipped
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced or shredded
- 1 can Bavarian or regular sauerkraut, drained
Directions

1Allow bread dough to thaw in refrigerator overnight.

2Grease an 11 x 14-inch cookie sheet. Roll out dough onto cookie sheet. Spread Thousand Island dressing down the middle of the dough.

3On top of dressing, put 1/2 pastrami, 1/2 corned beef, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 sauerkraut.

4Repeat layers.

5Cut dough on the outside edges into 7 to 8 strips.

6Crisscross strips over middle and pinch. Brush with egg white. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 400°.

7Slice.
