Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard (Dijon)
  • 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
  • 1 c. corned beef, chopped
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 pkg. refrigerated pizza crust

    Combine mayonnaise, mustard and caraway seeds. Add corned beef, cheese and sauerkraut. Toss and blend well. Unroll dough; cut in half and roll out. Spoon 1/2

    of filling into each dough and roll long ways in jelly roll style. Arrange rolls, seam side down. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until brown. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into 1-inch slices. Serve with Thousand Island dressing.
