  • I box of vegetable broth
  • 1 jar of sauerkraut with juice
  • 4 red potatoes cubed fine
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 can corn
  • 8 ounces of pastrami- chopped
  • 1/2 can evaporated milk
  • 6-8 slices of pumpernickel bread
  • 4-5 ounces shredded swish cheese

    1. Boil veg broth, sauerkraut and potatoes

    2. remove the large potato and mash with half and half and butter

    3. Stir mashed potato back into pot

    4. Add corn and pastrami

    5. Stir and add evaporated milk

    6. Add toasted bread pieces and cheese on top.
