- 1 lb. lean pork shoulder, coarsely ground
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can (15 1/2 oz.) tomatoes
- 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms with liquid
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) wide noodles
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Saute the meat in the oil.

2Add the chopped vegetables.

3Cook 10 minutes.

4Add the soup, mushrooms with liquid and the seasonings.

5Simmer 10 minutes.

6Cook noodles and drain.

7Mix noodles with the meat sauce and spread in a buttered 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.

8Mix the bread crumbs with melted butter and grated cheese and spread over the top.

9Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes.
