  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp yellow prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp Heinz ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp grated parmesan cheese

Directions

    With a pan and a tight fitting lid, heat the margarine.

    Crack the eggs add salt and pepper.

    Beat the eggs well add to the pan.

    Cover let cook rolling pan occasionally.

    Take a spatula and move edge of egg away from the side of pan add half the water do the same on the opposite side cover the pan.

    Let the eggs steam.

    When the eggs are done roll eggs into a roll use gravity to help roll.

    By tilting pan as you roll.

    Cut in half unroll on a plate.

    Add mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, grated parmesan cheese, and cayenne pepper.
