  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can red kidney beans
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

    In large saucepan, crumble and cook tofu over medium heat until browned.
