- 150 grams Mochiko or Shiratamako
- 50 grams Grated cheese
- 1 Egg
- 100 ml Milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 as stated below Black pepper, bacon, spices
Directions

1Combine the rice flour, grated cheese, egg, salt and sugar and mix.

2When minced together, add the milk whilst making sure the mixture doesn't become too wet and mix.

3Wrap the dough with cling film and leave to rest at room temperature for 1 hour.

4If you don't plan on baking them soon, please store them in the refrigerator.

5Shape into balls and bake at 200C until golden.

6You can also cook these in the grill.

7This is mixed with 1 tablespoon ground black pepper.

8I made this with 1 slice of bacon and 1 tablespoon basil.

9The bacon makes it crispy.

10These are plain mixed with 1 teaspoon black pepper.

11These have been mixed with 3 tablespoons chopped up pizza cheese.
