- 4 1/2 c. bread flour (plain)
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. warm water (120~)
- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- nonstick coating
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix 3 cups flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Stir together eggs, water and oil; add to flour mixture.

2Beat with mixer for 1/2 minute, scraping bowl.

3Beat with mixer for 3 minutes on high.

4Using a spoon, stir in rest of flour.

5Put in a large bowl and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.

6Stir dough down and let rest for 10 minutes.

7Shape rolls and let rise for 40 to 60 minutes.

8Bake at 375° about 25 minutes.
