- 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. oleo
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. rhubarb
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Mix first seven ingredients together.

2Put 3/4 of oatmeal mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Cook last five ingredients together. Pour cooked rhubarb over oatmeal mixture.

4Top with remaining oatmeal mixture.

5Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes, cool and cut into bars.
