- 2 c. flour
- 2/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. melted margarine
- 4 beaten eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 4 to 4 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
Directions

1Mix 2 cups flour and powdered sugar with margarine and press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

3Mix together the eggs, sugar, 1/2 cup flour, salt and rhubarb.

4Pour over the crust and bake at 350° an additional 45 minutes.

5Cut into squares and serve.
