  • 2 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. melted margarine
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 to 4 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces

Directions

    Mix 2 cups flour and powdered sugar with margarine and press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Mix together the eggs, sugar, 1/2 cup flour, salt and rhubarb.

    Pour over the crust and bake at 350° an additional 45 minutes.

    Cut into squares and serve.
