  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. sour milk
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/3 c. chopped rhubarb
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients.

    Add milk with baking soda.

    Add flour and salt.

    Fold in rhubarb and nuts.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until done in a 9 x 5-inch pan.
