  • 1 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 2/3 c. liquid oil
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 c. sour milk
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. finely diced rhubarb
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix together ingredients.

    Divide batter between two well-greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.

    Bake 40 to 45 minutes in 350° oven or until bread tests done with toothpick.

    Turn out onto rack to cool.
