  • 5 c. chopped rhubarb
  • 6 oz. dry strawberry jello
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 c. small marshmallows
  • 1 yellow or white cake mix

    Place rhubarb in cake pan (greased), 9 x 13-inch.

    Sprinkle with jello and sugar.

    Let stand 1 hour.

    Sprinkle marshmallows over all.

    Mix as directed the cake mix.

    Pour over marshmallows. Bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Serve with whipped cream.
