  • 5 c. rhubarb
  • 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O (dry)
  • 3 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 white cake mix

Directions

    Mix together rhubarb, sugar and Jell-O.

    Prepare cake mix according to package directions.

    Grease 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Spread rhubarb mixture in bottom of pan.

    Arrange marshmallows over rhubarb mixture.

    Pour cake batter over other ingredients. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
