  • 1/2 c. flour plus 2 Tbsp.
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. rhubarb
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

    Add 2 c. raw rhubarb, cut fine. Cover with 1/2 c. brown sugar and nuts. Bake 350°

    40 to 50 minutes. Makes a small cake.
