  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 4 c. rhubarb, cut fine
  • 3/4 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 box strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix cake according to directions on the box and put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix together rhubarb, margarine, Jell-O and sugar.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle over cake and bake at 350° until cake tests done.
