  • 5 c. cut-up rhubarb
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) strawberry Jell-O

Directions

    Pour sugar over cut-up rhubarb and leave overnight.

    Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes.

    Remove from fire and add strawberry Jell-O.
