- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 4 c. diced rhubarb
- 2 Tbsp. soft butter or margarine
- 2 crusts (unbaked)
Directions

1Sift sugar, flour, nutmeg and cinnamon together.

2Stir into beaten eggs.

3Fold in rhubarb.

4Pour into deep shell and dot with butter.

5Cover with top crust.

6Cut in slits near center for steam.

7Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

8Reduce heat and bake 30 minutes.
