- 1 c. oleo or butter
- 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 2 c. white sugar
- 4 Tbsp. corn starch
- 2 c. boiling water

2Mix together flour, brown sugar, oleo or butter and oatmeal.

3Spread half of crust on bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Spread rhubarb over crust mixture.
