- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
- 4 c. diced rhubarb
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix the first 5 ingredients together until crumbly.

2Press half of the crumbs into a greased 9-inch baking pan.

3Cover with rhubarb.

4Take the next 4 ingredients and combine and cook them until thick and clear.

5Pour over rhubarb in baking dish.

6Top with remaining crumbs.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until rhubarb is tender.

8Can put ice cream or whipped cream topping.
