  • 3 c. rhubarb
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. shortening
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. butter

Directions

    Combine rhubarb, flour and sugar and place in a greased 6 x 10-inch pan, then combine butter and shortening and cut into flour, sugar and rolled oats.

    Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
