- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 c. melted margarine
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 c. diced rhubarb
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix the first five ingredients.

2Press 1/2 of mixture into greased cake pan or glass dish.

3Cover with diced rhubarb. Combine granulated sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and water.

4Cook until thick and clear.

5Pour over rhubarb mixture and cover with remaining crumbs.

6Bake at 350° for one hour.
