- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. rolled oats, uncooked
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 c. diced rhubarb
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients and mix until crumbly.

2Press half of mixture in greased 9 x 9-inch baking pan.

3Place rhubarb on top of crust.

4Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla in a saucepan and cook until thick and clear.

5Pour over rhubarb and top with the remaining crumb mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
