  • 2 c. finely chopped rhubarb
  • 1 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour, rounded
  • 1/2 c. cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Place chunks of rhubarb in pie shell.

    Mix rest of ingredients and pour over rhubarb.
