- 4 c. rhubarb, cubed
- 2/3 to 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 1 yellow Jiffy cake mix
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 stick oleo, cut in pieces
Directions

1In an 8 x 12-inch baking dish, layer the rhubarb, sugar, dry gelatin and dry cake mix in that order.

2Pour water over all and scatter the pieces of oleo over top.

3Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes, until cake is lightly browned.
