- 4 c. cut rhubarb
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions

1Place rhubarb in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan; cover with 1 cup sugar.

2Place in oven at 350°.

3Combine butter and remaining sugar.

4Sift flour and soda; blend until crumbly.

5Stir in coconut and nuts.

6Top rhubarb with crumb mixture.

7Bake for 20 to 25 minutes longer.
