  • 1 c. cream or half and half
  • 3 to 4 c. diced rhubarb
  • 3/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Prepare the cake mix according to package directions.

    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    Top with rhubarb.

    Sprinkle with dry jello and then sugar.

    Pour cream or half and half over. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until done.
