Rhubarb Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces (I cut them finer)
  • 1 regular size (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello (dry)
  • 1 c. sugar (may use a little less)
  • 2 c. yellow or white cake mix (dry)
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted

Directions

    Grease a 9 x 9-inch pan.

    Place ingredients in pan in layers as listed.

    Pour cold water slowly.
  4. 4
    Melt the margarine and dribble over all.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

    Cake is good warm or cold.

    May serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
