- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen rhubarb pieces, thawed
- 1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O (regular or sugar-free)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 2/3 c. water
Directions

1Put thawed rhubarb in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.

2Sprinkle sugar and Jell-O over the rhubarb.

3Melt oleo and pour into cake mix; blend and crumble over the rhubarb mixture. Cover all with water.

4Cook for 1 hour in a 350° oven.
