Rhubarb Dump Cake

  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen rhubarb pieces, thawed
  • 1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O (regular or sugar-free)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 2/3 c. water

Directions

    Put thawed rhubarb in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.

    Sprinkle sugar and Jell-O over the rhubarb.

    Melt oleo and pour into cake mix; blend and crumble over the rhubarb mixture. Cover all with water.

    Cook for 1 hour in a 350° oven.
