- 4 c. rhubarb
- 3 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 c. water
- 3 oz. box strawberry or raspberry Jell-O
- 1 small (14 or 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Mix rhubarb, sugar, salt and water.

2Boil these ingredients for 10 minutes, then add pineapple and boil for 7 minutes.

3Take off heat; add Jell-O and stir together.
