  • 4 c. rhubarb
  • 3 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3 oz. box strawberry or raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 small (14 or 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Directions

    Mix rhubarb, sugar, salt and water.

    Boil these ingredients for 10 minutes, then add pineapple and boil for 7 minutes.

    Take off heat; add Jell-O and stir together.
