Ingredients

  • 4 c. rhubarb, diced
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello

Directions

    Boil rhubarb, sugar and pineapple together for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in jello.

    Pour into containers. Refrigerate or freeze.

    Fresh jam in early spring.
